Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Hang a ball of twine and pull it from below
A hanging dispenser for butcher’s or garden twine, after a hornet nest, whose layered paper envelope opens only underneath. The ball sits inside, the end feeds out of the single hole in the base, and the ring on the screw cap hangs it from a hook, so the string is always to hand and never rolls away.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Give five truffles in a pea pod box
A gift box for five chocolate truffles shaped like a pea pod. Five cells line up along the curved pod, one per truffle, and the snug lid closes it like a pod not yet split. Fill it with truffles, sugared almonds or macarons as a small present.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Throw a turnable blade of light across the ceiling
A night light with an observatory roof. Set an LED puck on the round base and lower the drum over it: light escapes only through the slit in the roof, throwing one sharp blade of light up the wall and across the ceiling, and turning the drum on its base sweeps the blade round the room like a telescope dome turning to a new star.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Store desk things under a moss garden roof
A two-drawer desk chest with a living roof. The roof is a shallow tray for preserved moss or a sedum mat in a liner, overhanging the chest like the eaves of a turf-roofed cabin, while the drawers below take cables, cards and stationery.

By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Shake salt or pepper from interlocking towers
A salt or pepper keep shaped as an L-plan tower. Print two, one light and one dark: turned to face each other, the two Ls lock together into one solid 60 by 90 mm block, two towers that become a single building on the table. The shaker holes are in the roof and the snug cap underneath lifts off for filling.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Keep a small loaf under a vaulted roof
A bread bin built as a barrel vault hut. Print it standing up, then lay it on its flat side: the half-round vault arches over the loaf, the knob lid becomes the end door, and the curved roof sheds crumbs and takes up less counter than a box of the same volume.

By Krypto

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Archive saved seeds in three labelled drawers
A Brutalist seed archive inspired by the vaults that store the world's crops. Three drawers sized for seed packets sit behind a heavy 130 mm block with chamfered edges, the side is engraved with the vault name and the year, and vent slots on the back let the packets breathe. Drop a sachet of silica gel in each drawer.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Remember a pet with its own collar and tag
A memorial for a much-loved pet. Loop the old collar around the narrow neck of the stele, where the tag hangs at the front, and keep a lock of fur or a favourite treat under the little lid on top. The base carries the name, the years and a paw print.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Store small things in a two-deck colony habitat
A colony habitat box from a retro space age. A 120 mm module with three portholes and an airlock door carries a tall upper deck that lifts off, with a hatch you can drop things through, so it stores earbuds, cables or a tiny crew of figures. Print several and line them up as a base camp on the shelf.

By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Start seedlings in four beds beside a tool shed
An allotment for the windowsill. Four raised beds hold seed-starting compost, each with its own drainage, and a garden shed with a lift-off roof and a real door stores plant labels and the dibber. Start four crops at once and the plot front shows the plot number.
