Print 24 flat in PETG; 36 M3 screws and nylock nuts. Prints flat as a plate, no supports.
Print 20 to 30 flat; an 8 mm dowel 200 mm long. Prints flat as a plate, no supports.

Opaque matt filament keeps the beam crisp. Print it as shown, then turn it over so the floor becomes the top. The lid is the base; needs a 70 mm LED puck. Print floor-down as shown, then turn it over to use it. The friction-fit lid and its neck piece print separately; adjust Fit in the Lid tab if it binds.
Print flat in dark PLA so the colours glow.
