Hypar Lamp

Stretch fabric into a glowing saddle roof

A tensile lamp you finish with a scrap of stretch fabric. Two diagonal columns stand tall and two stay low; hook the corners of a square of old tights or lycra over the four tops and the fabric pulls into a saddle, a hyperbolic paraboloid like a tent roof, glowing over an LED puck on the floor.
