Preview of Magnetic tile sorting caddy
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: File magnetic building tiles upright by shape
Magnetic building tiles usually end up loose in a box, scratched and hard to find. Here they are filed upright: six slots for squares stacked on edge and a side bin for triangles. A child can see every colour, put them away in seconds, and pick a whole slot up to build.

By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Run kitchen science experiments with eight test tubes
A home-lab rack for children's kitchen chemistry: red-cabbage indicator, density towers, crystal growing. Eight 16 mm test tubes stand in the top deck, the deep tray below catches drips, and KITCHEN LAB is raised across the front.

Preview of Ofrenda three-step altar
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Build a small Day of the Dead ofrenda
A three-step altar for a Día de los Muertos ofrenda on a shelf or sideboard. Each step is a tray: photos and candles on top, marigold petals and favourite foods in the middle, and water, salt and sugar skulls on the bottom step.

Preview of Pressed-penny souvenir album
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Display elongated souvenir pennies in oval pockets
A display tray for pressed (elongated) souvenir pennies from museums, zoos and theme parks. Eight oval pockets hold them flat and readable, instead of in a loose jar, and the trays stack as the collection grows.

Preview of Bonsai wire and cutter caddy
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Keep bonsai wire coils and tools at the bench
A bench caddy for bonsai styling. Coils of aluminium and copper wire each sit in their own round cup by gauge, and the tray between them holds the concave cutter, wire cutter, tweezers and jin pliers.

Preview of Mosaic tesserae sorter
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Sort mosaic tiles by colour with easy-scoop bays
A sorting tray for mosaic makers. Twelve colour bays sit behind a scooped front wall, so a single tessera can be slid out with a fingertip instead of tipping the tray. The work goes faster.

Preview of Pool and spa test-kit caddy
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Keep pool water test vials, strips and reagents together
A poolside caddy for water testing. Reagent bottles, the comparator vial, test strips and the thermometer each have their own bay, and the perforated floor lets splashes drain away. It hangs on the pump-house wall from keyholes, so the weekly test is never a hunt.

Preview of Homecoming
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Show who is home by where the keys are
One named bay per person by the front door: whoever comes in drops their keys into their own bay, and anyone passing can see at a glance who is home and who is still out. The low front wall shows the keys; change the four engraved names in the editor.

Preview of Sift Floor
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Keep crumbs from collecting in drawer bays
A cutlery drawer insert with a slotted floor raised on 4 mm feet: crumbs, grit and drips fall straight through instead of packing into the corners of every bay, so cleaning means lifting the insert out and wiping the drawer, not picking out each fork.

Preview of Wick Ridge
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Humidify a dry room with no power
A passive humidifier that looks like a paper mountain range. Fill the tray with water and drape folded sheets of blotting paper over the seven fins: both ends dip in, the paper wicks water up and the air takes it away, so a dry room by a radiator gets moisture with no power, noise or filter.
