Preview of Terrace Corner
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Turn a row of display risers round a corner
The turning piece of the Terrace system: a quarter-round riser with a dovetail tab on one straight edge and a socket on the other, so a row of steps can turn 90 degrees round a shelf corner or wrap into a curved amphitheatre.

Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Stand a 3 mm fan, sign or plate upright
The foot for the Gorgonia fan, after a kelp holdfast, the clutch of branching rootlets that anchors kelp against waves. Seven forked haptera spread to a 112 mm footprint, and the slot from one side to past the centre grips any 3 mm plate upright: the sea fan, an acrylic sign or a printed name plate.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Keep a pair of rings in a lattice tower
A keepsake tower for a pair of wedding rings, after the Venus flower basket, a deep sea glass sponge whose lattice often houses a pair of shrimp for life, given in Japan as a symbol of lasting marriage. The rings rest on the inner post behind the diagonal lattice; engrave initials below.

MAIN PURPOSE: Display a photo and LED candle in remembrance
A small shrine for remembering someone. A photo slides into the slot behind the back rail, an LED candle stands on the floor in front, and the overhanging cornice and low sill frame them like a chapel niche, with a short line engraved on the sill.

MAIN PURPOSE: Hold books upright in the bays of a wavy wall
A book wall that stands up only because it waves. Like the serpentine garden walls of Suffolk, one thin skin of plastic gains its stiffness from its curves: books, notebooks and records stand in the bays on both faces, and the wall needs no buttress, base or bookend to stay up.

MAIN PURPOSE: Frame four instant photos as window panes
A sash window frame for four instant photos. Print it face down: the glazing bars divide four panes sized for Instax Wide pictures, the photos slide in from behind with their white borders tucked under the bars, and a hole in the top rail takes a picture hook so your views look out of a window.

Preview of Gabion End
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Hold books with a cage full of collected pebbles
A bookend that is a little gabion wall. Fill the open cage with pebbles from the beach, a river or a holiday: the stones become the weight that holds the books and stay on show through the grid, a way to keep and look at the finds that usually end up in a drawer.

Preview of Free Plan Deck
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Compose a pavilion of sliding walls on a slotted deck
The floor slab of a tabletop pavilion kit. Six slots run in both directions across the deck: plug Free Plan Walls into whichever you like, lay the Free Plan Roof on their top tongues and you have a modernist pavilion with walls sliding past each other, a stage for rings, figures or a single treasure.

Preview of Free Plan Wall
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple (set)
MAIN PURPOSE: Stand a wall between the Free Plan deck and roof
The wall plate of the Free Plan pavilion kit. A 4 mm tongue at the foot drops into any deck slot and the shoulders sit on the slab, while the 3 mm tongue on top locates the roof. Print several in a marble, onyx or translucent filament for the look of stone and glass walls.

Preview of Free Plan Roof
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Float a roof slab on the Free Plan walls
The floating roof of the Free Plan kit. Three slots catch the top tongues of the walls standing in the matching deck slots, so the thin slab hovers on the walls and overhangs the deck, the defining gesture of a modernist pavilion, and its top makes a second display level.
