Gabion End

Hold books with a cage full of collected pebbles

A bookend that is a little gabion wall. Fill the open cage with pebbles from the beach, a river or a holiday: the stones become the weight that holds the books and stay on show through the grid, a way to keep and look at the finds that usually end up in a drawer.
