Preview of 35 mm pinhole camera body
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Take photos on 35 mm film with a pinhole
Load a film cassette in the left chamber and an empty one on the right, close the lid and you have a working pinhole camera: film runs across the top of the 36 mm frame chamber, the f/160 pinhole sits in a foil disc over the floor hole, and a coin through the front holes turns the spools.

Preview of Aquarium pest snail trap
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Remove pest snails from a tank without chemicals
Put a slice of blanched courgette inside, close the lid and leave it on the gravel overnight: pest snails crawl in through the low slots to feed, and in the morning you lift the whole trap out with them inside. No chemicals that harm shrimp.

Preview of Dog nail scratch board with treat box
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Let a dog file its own nails
Glue a sheet of coarse sandpaper into the tray and hide a treat in the lidded box at the end: the dog learns to dig at the board for it and files its own nails down, with none of the clipping stress for either of you.

Preview of Garlic peeling shaker
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Peel a whole bulb of garlic by shaking
Drop in a whole bulb of cloves, push on the friction lid and shake hard for 20 seconds: six low ribs knock the cloves against each other and the wall, and the papery skins come off without crushing or smelly fingers. Tip out the cloves, blow out the skins.

Preview of Snack bag pour-spout cap
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Turn an open bag into a resealable spout
Push the corner of an opened bag of rice, nuts or cereal up through the collar, fold it back over the rim and screw on the cap: the bag now pours from a neat spout and closes airtight instead of being rolled and clipped. Works with paper and foil bags.

Preview of Rolled-drawing corner weights
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Hold rolled drawings flat on the desk
Fill each triangle with 100 g of coins or steel shot, glue the lid and set one on each corner of a rolled drawing, map or poster: the right angle sits snugly on the corner and the sheet stays flat for reading or tracing.

Preview of Laptop one-push port block
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Dock a laptop with one push
Push the plugs through the wall at your laptop's port spacing (two USB-C and HDMI here), fix them with hot glue and close the lid: docking at the desk becomes one push of the block instead of three fiddly plugs.

Preview of Rigid blind-draw pot for bag-building games
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Draw game tokens blindly from a rigid pot
Replaces the cloth bag in bag-building and push-your-luck games: the 120 mm pot stands upright, the pill-shaped opening in the friction lid takes a hand but hides the contents, and tokens never pile up in a fold of fabric, so every draw is genuinely random.

Preview of Steady-hand buzz-wire game base
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Build a steady-hand electric skill game
The fairground skill game in a 220 mm base: bend a coat-hanger wire into a wiggle and push its ends into the two sockets, wire a buzzer, LED and two AA cells inside, and the loop on the wand closes the circuit the moment a hand wobbles. The telescoping cover underneath holds the batteries. Print it as shown, then turn it over so the floor becomes the top.

Preview of Twist-lid busy board
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Help toddlers practise twisting lids open
Three 50 mm jars stand on a board, each with a different screw lid: a knob, a bar and a ring. Toddlers learn the twisting motion with three grips, and hiding a small toy in one jar turns it into a game. Every part is big enough to be no choking risk.
