Preview of Shoe Stage
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Cap a camera hot shoe with a figure stage
A hot-shoe cover that is a tiny stage. The foot slides into the flash shoe on top of a camera, protecting the contacts, and the 24 mm platform on top carries a small figure, a name or a mascot, so every photo walk has a companion on the camera.

Preview of Tine Box
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Build a kalimba resonator for a tine kit
The resonator body of a 17-key kalimba. A 140 x 84 mm hollow box with a round sound hole in the soundboard, two wah holes in the back for your fingers and a raised rest bar for a standard tine kit, braced inside so the top stays flat. Add a tine and bridge kit and play.

Preview of Hoop Cradle
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Stand a finished embroidery hoop on a shelf
A stand that shows off finished embroidery in its hoop. The 80 mm foot stays flat on a shelf while two jaws grip the bottom of the hoop rim in a 12 mm slot, so a 10 to 25 cm hoop stands upright like a framed picture. Print one per hoop and change the display with the seasons.

Preview of Ante Guard
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Protect poker hole cards with a personal guard
A card guard for poker night: the weighted token you set on your hole cards so the dealer never mucks them. The 40 mm guard has a hollow underside for a 2p coin or a washer and your initials engraved in the face. Print it as shown, then turn it over so the floor becomes the top.

Preview of Critstand
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Honour a legendary dice roll on a pedestal
A pedestal for the die that rolled the critical hit. The die sits in an octagonal cup on top, and the four faces record what happened: the roll, the date, the hero and the session. Retire a lucky die here, or award the plinth to the player who saved the party.

Preview of Darning mushroom with gathering neck
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Support fabric while darning holes
Stretch a sock heel or a jumper elbow over the 70 mm face, gather the fabric round the slim neck with a hair tie and weave the darn across a firm, smooth surface. Printed face down, so the darning face comes out glassy and never snags the yarn.

Preview of Button shank spacer fork
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple (set)
MAIN PURPOSE: Sew buttons on with a strong thread shank
Lay the fork across a coat button between its holes and sew over the two tines; slide it out, wind the thread round the slack and you have a proper thread shank, so buttons on thick fabric stop pulling loose and tearing off.

Preview of Soap sliver press mould
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Press leftover soap slivers into a new bar
Chop the last slivers of soap, damp them with a spoonful of hot water and press them hard into this bar mould: the corner holes let the excess water out, and the slivers dry into one solid, usable bar with SOAP pressed into its face.

Preview of Toilet cistern displacement box
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Save water on every toilet flush
Stand it in the cistern clear of the float and the flush valve, fill it with water or gravel and close the snug lid: every flush now uses about a litre less, the job a brick used to do, but without crumbling grit into the valve.

Preview of Radiator top heat deflector
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple (set)
MAIN PURPOSE: Direct radiator heat into the room
Sits on top of a 100 mm double-panel radiator, gripping both panels: the shelf and the forward lip turn the rising warm air into the room instead of up behind the curtains or onto a cold window sill. Print several and butt them along the radiator.
