MAIN PURPOSE: Throw a ring of light onto the wall behind
A halo lamp that lights the wall, not the room. Stick a battery LED puck inside the hollow back of the disc, stand it a hand width from a wall and the disc goes dark while a ring of light blooms around it, like a solar eclipse; the splayed foot keeps it upright.

A shade whose walls are a single line thick. Print the pleated gear outline in translucent white PLA with a 1 mm wall, stand it over a battery LED puck and the whole surface glows, brighter on every fold; it turns the thin-wall limit of a printer into the look of a pleated paper shade.

A base that turns a sheet of paper into a lantern. Roll an A4 sheet of tracing paper, pierced or drawn on, into a tube and stand it in the narrow ring groove; an LED puck sits in the middle and lights the paper from inside, so every new sheet is a new lantern.
