Preview of Parabolic Wi-Fi booster
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Beam a router's Wi-Fi towards the room that needs it with a foil-lined parabola
A router sprays its signal in every direction, half of it into the wall or the neighbours. Stand its antenna through the hole in this dish, which sits exactly at the focus of the parabolic back wall, line the curve with foil, and the reflector sends that wasted half forward towards the room you aim it at, often adding a couple of bars there. The same geometry works for sound: stand a phone at the focus and its music is beamed forward too.

Preview of Smart-glasses charging dock
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Charge smart glasses folded in a dock at night
Smart glasses need charging every night but have nowhere to live. This dock cradles them folded in the deep front bay, with the charging cable routed in through the back, and the side bay keeps a cleaning cloth and the case.

Preview of Retro-TV phone stand
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Stand a phone behind the screen of a retro television
A phone stand shaped like an old cathode-ray television. The phone stands sideways inside and its screen fills the TV's rounded front window, so a video call or a recipe looks as if it is on a 1970s set. CH 3 is under the screen, and the charging cable leaves through the back.

Preview of Octopus cable tidy
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Lay eight charging cables in the arms of an octopus
A desk cable tidy shaped like an octopus. Each of its eight curling arms is a channel that holds the end of one charging cable, and the body holds whatever is plugged in. The arms point in every direction, so cables leave the desk wherever they need to.

Preview of Handheld gaming PC stand
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Stand a handheld gaming PC upright while it charges
A desk stand for handheld gaming PCs. The console stands in the front slot with its charging cable fed up from behind, and the side box keeps microSD cards and the case. On the desk it reads as a display piece, not a cable mess.

Preview of Gadget charging hotel
By Krypto
Complexity
Advanced
MAIN PURPOSE: Charge three devices on three open floors
A three-storey charging hotel for phones, earbuds and a watch: each floor is open at the front like a hotel room, with a cable port in the back wall. The floors stack and come apart, so add another storey when you buy another gadget.

Preview of Shelf Alibi
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Hide a charging hub among the books
A hollow book for the bookshelf: put a USB charging hub or power bank inside, feed the mains lead out through the back and the charging cables up through the slot in the top. Phones and earbuds charge on the shelf with every cable hidden, and from the room it is just another spine.

Preview of Cordflag
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple (set)
MAIN PURPOSE: Label cables right behind the plug
Snap the small ring onto a cable just behind the plug and the flag says what it powers: LAPTOP, ROUTER, LAMP. Under a desk or behind the TV you unplug the right lead first time. The 5 mm ring takes most USB and mains flex and rotates so the flag always faces you.

Preview of Puck Easel
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Turn a flat wireless charger into a stand
Drop a round wireless charging pad into the slot at the back and its face lines up with the 56 mm window: lean your phone against the front and it charges standing up, where you can still read the screen, instead of lying flat. The cable leaves through the back and the front lip stops the phone sliding.

Preview of Stepover
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Cover a cable crossing the floor
A floor cable cover: lay it over a lead that has to cross a hallway or the gap from desk to wall, and the 12 x 9 mm channel underneath hides it while the shallow ramps stop feet, chair wheels and vacuum heads catching. Print as many 200 mm lengths as the run needs and butt them end to end.
