Preview of Turn-a-day pill dial
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Show only today's pills, so you know if you took them
A round pill box split into seven wedges, one for each day. The lid has a single window and the days are written round its edge: turn the lid to today and only today's pills show. A glance tells you whether you have taken them.

Preview of Tissue in-and-out box
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Pull clean tissues from the top and post used ones into a flap bin on the side
Every cold ends with a mountain of used tissues on the bedside table. This box solves both halves of the problem: clean tissues pull out of the slot in the top, and used ones go straight through the swinging flap of the bin built onto its side, out of sight. The bin lid lifts off for emptying. CLEAN and USED are raised on the fronts, so nobody gets them mixed up at 3 a.m.

Preview of Mirror-therapy box
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Trick the brain with a mirror for phantom-limb pain and stroke recovery
Mirror therapy was invented by the neuroscientist V. S. Ramachandran. Both hands go in through the front holes, with a mirror standing in the slot between them, facing the good hand. Looking at the mirror, the patient sees the good hand moving where the hidden hand should be, and the brain is fooled into feeling the hidden limb move freely. It is used for phantom-limb pain, stroke rehabilitation and complex regional pain syndrome.

Preview of Box-breathing finger tracer
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Trace a square track with a fingertip to pace box breathing
Box breathing (in for four, hold for four, out for four, hold for four) calms nerves before exams and meetings, but counting is hard when you are anxious. This palm-sized tray gives your fingertip a square channel to trace, one side per breath stage, with IN, HOLD, OUT and HOLD on each side. Your finger keeps the rhythm so your head doesn't have to.

By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Keep a child's inhalers and spacer ready on the wall
A wall station for families managing asthma. The preventer and reliever inhalers each have their own labelled bay so they are not mixed up at 3 a.m., and the spacer stands in the tall tube beside them. BREATHE is moulded on the front.

Preview of Denture soak and brush station
By Krypto
Complexity
Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Soak dentures overnight with the brush and tablets beside them
An overnight station for denture wearers. The screw-top cup holds a full or partial denture in its soak, and the side bay keeps the denture brush and cleaning tablets, so the whole routine sits in one place on the basin. SOAK is raised on the cup, easy to find without glasses.

Multi-part assembly
MAIN PURPOSE: Carry a set of massage cups sorted by size
A case for therapists and athletes who use cupping. Eight bays keep the cups sorted from large to small, so the right size comes out first time, and the deep telescoping lid protects glass cups in a kit bag. CUPPING is engraved on the lid.

Preview of Blister pack tablet popper with catch cup
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Pop tablets from blister packs without losing them
Lay a blister bubble over the 15 mm hole and press: the tablet drops into the cup below instead of skittering onto the floor, and pours back out through the same hole into your palm. The cup gives the foil a firm, flat backing.

Preview of CPAP hose drip-dry hanger
By Krypto
Complexity
Simple
MAIN PURPOSE: Dry a washed CPAP hose without kinks
Hook it over the shower rail and drape the washed CPAP hose over the wide saddle: both ends hang down, the water drains out of the full length, and the 35 mm radius never kinks the tube the way a tap or a towel hook does.
