Preview of Four-radius fingerboard gauge
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Match string height to the fingerboard radius
Each side of the square is a concave arc: 7.25, 9.5, 12 and 16 inch radius. Sit it on the fingerboard to identify the radius, then under the strings to set the saddle heights to the same curve, so every string has the same action.

Preview of Offset pencil marking gauge
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Draw lines parallel to a board edge
Hook the fence over a board edge and run a pencil in one of the six holes: they sit 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm from the fence, so you draw a parallel line for a rebate, a hinge or a row of screws in one stroke without measuring twice. Print it as shown, then turn it over so the floor becomes the top.

Preview of Scalene bevel triangle 15, 30, 45
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Set exact bevel angles on a saw
A triangle whose corners are 45, 60 and 75 degrees: stand it on the saw table against the tilted blade and its sides set the bevel to 45, 30 or 15 degrees exactly, without trusting the saw's worn tilt scale. It works against a mitre gauge, a drill press table or a sanding disc too.

Preview of Threaded rod cutting guide
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Cut threaded rod square without damaging threads
Run a nut onto M6, M8 or M10 threaded rod, push the rod down through the guide to your mark and saw along the slot between the two plates: the cut comes out square and the thread is supported right up to the blade, and backing the nut off over the end re-forms the first thread.

Preview of Servo angle protractor
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Measure and set servo angles
Lay the disc on the servo with the output shaft through the centre and fit the horn on top: the horn points to the engraved angles from 0 to 180 degrees, so you can centre a servo, check its real travel and set end stops before building it into a robot arm.

Preview of DIP chip leg straightener
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Straighten DIP chip legs to row spacing
New DIP chips arrive with their legs splayed. Press one legs down into the 0.3 inch channel, or a wide chip into the 0.6 inch channel beside it, and rock it once: both rows bend to the exact row spacing and drop straight into a socket or breadboard.

Preview of 18650 pack-building spacer, 4 x 2
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium (set)
MAIN PURPOSE: Space 18650 cells for building a battery pack
Holds eight 18650 cells upright at a 20 mm pitch with a 1 mm web between them, so a battery pack can be laid out, spot-welded and wrapped with every cell parallel and an air gap for cooling. Print two, one for each end of the pack.

Preview of Coiled bandsaw blade wall rack
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Store coiled bandsaw blades safely
Fold each bandsaw blade into its three loops and stand the coil in one of the five lanes: the teeth sit inside the deep walls, out of reach of hands and away from other blades, and the low front lets you lift the right one out. Hangs on two keyholes.

Preview of Skateboard bearing press with depth flange
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Press skate bearings into wheels squarely
Slide it onto the truck axle over the second bearing and tighten the axle nut: the ring pushes only on the outer race, and when the 40 mm flange meets the wheel the bearing is exactly flush. No hammer, no skewed bearings, no cracked shields.

Preview of Forearm wrist roller tube
By Krypto
Complexity
Medium
MAIN PURPOSE: Train forearms and grip with a rolled weight
Tie a cord through the middle hole, hang a weight plate on the other end and roll it up and down with straight arms: the square 34 mm tube with rounded corners and textured sides works the forearms and grip far harder than any squeeze ball.
