MAIN PURPOSE: Pull pre-cut colouring foils one at a time at the salon station
A dispenser for hair colourists. A stack of pre-cut foils stands in the box, a deep finger notch in the front lets the next sheet be pinched out with gloved fingers, and the wall-mount keyholes keep it on the trolley instead of sliding into the colour bowl.
