Button the shirt button through the slot and tilt the T toggle through the collar buttonhole: the collar gains 12 mm, so a shirt that has become tight round the neck closes comfortably under a tie.

Lay a 35 mm belt between the two rails and mark through the holes with an awl: new holes come out on the centre line at the standard 25 mm pitch, so a punched belt looks factory-made instead of wandering.
