Sheet Mule

Carry big sheets of board single-handed

Carry a full sheet of plywood or plasterboard on your own: hook the bottom edge into the J, stand the sheet on edge against your side and lift by the top handle. Your arm hangs straight, the board stays vertical and the sheet no longer needs two people or a wide arm span.
