Pagewarden

Peek a little keeper over the top edge of a book

A bookmark with a guardian on top. The 2 mm strip slides between the pages while a round-headed little keeper peeks over the top of the book, both hands resting on the page edge, eyes cut through. It marks your place and makes a stack of books look inhabited.
