Emulsion Line

Mix a perfect vinaigrette by the marks

A screw-top dressing shaker with the recipe on the side: pour vinegar or lemon juice up to the lower mark and oil up to the upper one, add salt and a spoon of mustard, screw on the lid and shake. The marks give the classic one-to-three vinaigrette every time, and the leftovers keep in the fridge in the same jar.
