Steep Cap

Cover a steeping mug, then rest the bag

Lay it upside down on a mug while the tea steeps, with the tag string through the notch: the tea stays hot and the bag cannot sink out of reach. When it is ready, lift it off, turn it over and it becomes the saucer for the wet tea bag and the spoon.
