Extension-cord rain shelter

Keep an outdoor extension-cord joint out of the rain

Garden lights, hedge trimmers and Christmas displays all end in a plug-and-socket joint lying in wet grass. Here the joint sits inside, off the ground, under a hood, and the cords leave through low ports on each side. A dry connection means no tripped switch in the first shower.
