Ripen Rail

Ripen fruit in order and eat it in time

Fruit that ripens on the counter moves one bay to the right as it softens: unripe avocados, pears and peaches go in HARD, move to SOON when they give a little, and RIPE is what gets eaten today. Nothing is forgotten at the bottom of a fruit bowl, and the perforated floor lets air underneath.
