Flat-freeze bag former

Freeze soup in flat, stackable bricks

Lay a filled one-litre freezer bag of soup or stock in the tray and freeze it: it sets as a flat 20 mm brick that thaws quickly and files upright in the freezer. The open floor lets the cold through and the end notches let you lift the brick out.
