Pendant flex shortener

Shorten a hanging lamp cable neatly

Takes up spare pendant flex neatly instead of a knot: feed the sheathed cable in one side, wind the slack round the inner ring, out of the other side and close the lid. The lamp hangs at exactly the height you want.
