Move whole cake layers without breaking them

A 200 mm flat lifter for moving whole sponge layers, cheesecakes and tart bases: slide it under the cake from the side, carry it on the broad blade and slide it off onto the stand or the next layer without cracking it. It doubles as a lid when you chill a layer.
