Icing Corner

Hold gingerbread walls square while icing sets

Gingerbread walls never stand up while the icing sets. Put one corner inside each corner of the house, press the two iced walls against its outer faces and they stay square and upright for the twenty minutes the royal icing needs. Print four, one per corner, and lift them out before the roof goes on.
