Carry a pocket notebook of loose cards and a pen

A pocket holster for 3 x 5 inch index cards, the simplest notebook there is. About fifty cards stand upright with a lowered front so you can read the top one, and a pen sleeve rides along the side. Pull a card, write the idea, put it back at the rear.
