Fibonacci golden-rectangle desk tray
Sort desk things into squares that grow by the Fibonacci sequence
A desk tray built from the Fibonacci sequence: squares of 8, 5, 3, 2, 1 and 1 units spiral inward and fit exactly into a golden rectangle, the proportion of the Parthenon and the nautilus shell. The big square takes a notebook, the next a phone, then a stack of sticky notes, then cards, and the two tiny squares hold SIM pins and memory cards. Each bay has its number engraved in the floor, so the spiral reads as you clear it.
