A twist-lock capsule for lighting fires outdoors: a ferro rod and striker stand inside next to dry tinder. The bayonet lid locks with a quarter turn and doesn't vibrate open in a pack, and FIRE is raised round the side so it is easy to find in the dark.

How to print it

Pack cotton wool with petroleum jelly as tinder; the twist-lock lid keeps it dry.

Prints as shown on its floor, no supports. The twist-lock lid and its neck piece print separately; adjust Fit in the Lid tab if it binds.

Filament: at most about 42.9 g of PLA printed solid (roughly $0.86 at $20 per kg); normal infill uses less.
