Calibrate extruder steps per millimetre

Stand the foot on top of the extruder, lay the filament along the strip and mark it at the 120 mm notch; extrude 100 mm and the mark should sit at the 100 mm notch. Any gap tells you exactly how far to correct the extruder steps, without juggling a ruler and a pen.
