Arbour Stake

Train a climbing houseplant over an arch

A round-headed garden arch for a houseplant pot. Push the pointed legs into the compost until the flanges stop at the soil, then wind a hoya, jasmine or climbing pothos round the hoop: the little inward spurs hold the ties so the plant grows into an arbour instead of a tangle.
