Walking-water rainbow ring

Watch water walk and colours mix

A ring of six cells for the "walking water" experiment. Fill the three marked cells with red, yellow and blue water, leave the others empty, and bridge each wall with a strip of kitchen paper. Over a few hours the colours climb the paper and mix into orange, green and purple in the empty cells.
