Tall sofa-side caddy

Keep essentials within reach at standing height

A tall sofa-side caddy that brings your essentials up to hand height. A divided tray (130 × 200 mm) sits on a slim round column above a flat cross-shaped foot, with a deeper bin and a small cup stacked on top for extra storage. The column is a short bottom piece plus five 100 mm extensions that screw together with long, strong threads, and each column piece prints upright without supports. Stand it beside a sofa, bed or workbench to keep remotes, glasses, chargers, tools or snacks within easy reach, no bending down. Change the number or length of the extensions (50, 100 or 150 mm) to get the height you need.

  • 1 divider
  • 4 holes in the floor

How to print it

Print the column pieces standing up with 4 walls and 20–25% infill; PETG gives a stiffer stand. Screw the pieces together by hand until they seat; don’t overtighten.

Prints as shown on its floor, no supports. Stacked parts are fused into one print.

Filament: at most about 1,385 g of PLA printed solid (roughly $27.71 at $20 per kg); normal infill uses less.

To get the files, open it in the generator and choose File › Download STL (one file per part) or Download 3MF (a 3MF per part, plus a Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer project with every part on its own plate).
