Bokashi bucket press plate

Press air out of a bokashi compost bucket

After each layer of scraps and bran, push this plate down hard in the bokashi bucket to squeeze out the air the fermentation hates; six ribs keep the 220 mm plate stiff and give fingers a grip, and it stays on top as the cover layer.
